Friday, June 26, will be marked by clear summer conditions in Crete and most areas of the country, as the weather will remain generally clear, with plenty of sunshine and only a few temporary clouds in the continental mountains during the warm hours of the day, where local rains or isolated storms are possible.
In Crete the weather will be clear from morning to evening, with north-northwesterly winds blowing at an intensity of 4 to 6 Beaufort, while in the Cyclades they will locally reach 7 Beaufort. The temperature on the island will range from 22 to 30 degrees Celsius, reaching locally up to 32 degrees.
The summer pattern will continue over the weekend , with strong northerly winds persisting in the Aegean, reaching even Beaufort 8. From Monday, however, temperatures will start to rise again, with the mercury approaching 36 to 37 degrees in places on the mainland, marking a warmer start to the last days of June.
